Insert Deal is a manufacturer of air regulators and gas regulators.

Insert Deal’s products cover instrument air regulators, filter regulators and mist lubricators both in aluminum and AISI 316L according to PED and ATEX if required.

In addition to air equipment, they supply gas regulators from 50mBar up to 250Bars pressure.

Insert Deal supplies regulators in dimensions from 1/8” to 4”.

Tiefenbach manufactures hydraulic directional control valves.
The control valves can be operated manually, low and high pressure pilot or electrically as solenoid valves, or a combination of these.
The valves from Tiefenbach are supplied as completely sealed, “Zero-leakage”, which is essential in static hydraulic systems in an offshore context. The solenoid valves are supplied up to 700 bar, while pilot-operated valves can be supplied for higher pressures.

 

The electrical valve body can be supplied with EEx ia, EEx d or EEx me ATEX certificates as well as UL and C.S.A. certificates.
The valves are available in 2/2, 3/2 and 4/2 configurations in dimensions from DN2 up to DN20 with flow rates from 1 ltr/min up to 400 ltr/min.

Subsea valves from Oliver Valvetek have a variety of different solutions within:
– Needle valves
– Ball valves
– Check valves
– Gate valves
in sizes up to 1″ bore.
Working pressure up to 15000 psi.

 

Subsea valves are tested according to. API 6A Appendix F and API 17D, section 307 and certified to API 6A PSL 3 and BS EN 10204 3.1 / 3.2 available.
In addition, they are hyperbaric tested equivalent to 3000 meters depth.
Subsea valves are supplied for diver operation, ROV or hydraulic actuation.
