Bray supplies a complete range of valves, actuators and accessories for reliable control and shutdown in demanding processes – from HVAC and water/wastewater to energy, marine and process industries. With resilient seated, high performance and triple offset butterfly valves, Flow-Tek ball valves, Bray/Rite check valves, knife gate for slurry, as well as pneumatic and electric actuators, you get a complete solution that is easy to specify, install, operate and maintain.

Product families

Resilient seated butterfly valves – high Cv, low pressure drop

Series 20/21/22/23/30/31 and others provide high flow, low torque and bubble tight sealing. Bray’s tongue-and-groove seat design encapsulates the media (isolates body/stem) and eliminates the need for flange gaskets. The valves have ISO 5211 direct mounting (no brackets) and extended neck for isolation. Available with Nylon 11 or polyester corrosion protection.

Typical choices
– Series 20/21 (wafer/lug) for standard process and utility services.
– Series 30/31 for higher pressure classes/performance, incl. 31H/31U variants. (See pressure/size table in product brochure.)
– Hi-AS regularly supplies Series 20 (e.g. DN80, PN10/PN16) – documented in our order processes.

High Performance (double offset) – McCannalok

McCannalok (typically Series 40/41) combines double-offset geometry with zero-leakage and API 607 firesafe (option). High cycle life, low torques and easy field service. Available in ASME Class 150/300/600 and with seat materials such as RPTFE/fire-safe metal seats – ideal for higher pressure/temperature and critical services.

Triple Offset – Tri Lok (metal-to-metal)

Tri Lok provides bi-directional zero leakage via non-sparking, metal-to-metal seal and tapered seat. A compact alternative to gate/globe/ball in high pressure and high temperature, incl. fire-safe and low fugitive emissions. Tested and approved according to. API 607/ISO 10497 and others.

Temperature/performance: Metal-set McCannalok variants are advertised up to approx. 900 °F / ~482 °C – we always verify against actual material combination and pressure class in quotations.

Flow-Tek ball valves (Bray)

F15/F30 (flanged, full port, Class 150/300) – low torque floating ball, API 607 fire-safe option, Smart Stem™ packing in ½-2″, trunnion support in larger sizes and possibility of V-ball characterization for regulation. Available in CF8M/WCB and special alloys.

Three-piece full-port (Series 7000/8000) is available for service-friendly installations with high availability – we have IOM documentation and spare parts in stock/delivery.

Non-return valves – Bray/Rite

Bray/Rite wafer swing check is rite-sized to open fully at low speeds (~3 ft/s), reducing pressure drop, flutter and water hammer in lines with control valves and variable flow. Wide range of seats/materials and accessories (external spring/weight/indicator).

Knife Gate (slurry)

Bidirectional knife gate/slurry valves with compact wafer design, replaceable packing/liner (e.g. polyurethane) and gate design without pockets for build-up – developed for abrasive media in mining, pulp/paper and wastewater applications.

Actuators and gears

Pneumatic rack & pinion (Series 92/93) for 90°/135°/180° rotation (DA/SR), direct ISO-5211 mounting, NAMUR compatible accessories. For higher torque, scotch-yoke (Series 98) is available. Manual gears: Series 04.
