Notification of censurable conditions

Håland Instrumentering AS wishes to act responsibly and in accordance with applicable laws, ethical guidelines and our obligations to customers, suppliers and other stakeholders.
This page provides information on how external parties can report censurable conditions related to our business.

What can be notified about?

It can be reported on matters that are in violation of laws, regulations, ethical guidelines or internal requirements, for example:

• Violation of laws and regulations
• Corruption, bribery or financial irregularities
• Health, safety and environment (HSE) violations
• Unacceptable or unethical business practices
• Violations of human rights or working conditions
• Serious deviations from agreed requirements or customer requirements

Whistleblowing should concern real matters of public interest, not personal conflicts.

Who can report?

The notification scheme is open to:

• Our customers
• Suppliers
• Cooperation partners
• Other external stakeholders

How to notify?

Notification can be sent in writing to:

The notification should include:

• A description of the matter being reported
• Time and place (if applicable)
• Possible documentation

Notifications can be given by name or anonymously.

Processing of notifications

All whistleblowing is treated confidentially and responsibly.
The identity of the whistleblower will not be shared with unauthorized persons.
The company does not accept retaliation against persons who report in good faith.
