New quick and easy solution for cleaning lenses on gas detectors mounted on offshore ventilation ducts.

As shown in the pictures:

Gas detector mounted on the outside of an offshore ventilation duct
Hinged gas detector open position with access lens
Easy access for cleaning of lens gas detector mounted on air intake ventilation duct offshore
Screwed again, no adjustment required

When using this solution together with Senscient laser line gas detectors, there is no need for adjustment/calibration after cleaning the lenses.

There is also no need to switch off the detector when cleaning the lenses.

The images show the Senscient laser line gas detector – the solution can also be adapted to other line gas detectors.
