Spectrex’s new 40/40 series of flame detectors is a complete range of flame detectors for most types of fires, including hydrogen fires.
The 40/40 series has all the recognized and necessary approvals required around the world for this type of product.
The series has Ex approvals from ATEX, UL, CSA, IECEx and FM, as well as marine approval from DNV and SIL 2 approval from TUV.
All detectors are supplied with heated optics, 316ss or aluminum enclosure with integrated Exe connector and with 4-20mA and HART output.
The 40/40 detectors come with a 5-year warranty!   The SafEye Quasar 900 IR line gas detector is the new compact line gas detector from Spectrex with a line of sight up to 200 meters.
The gas detector is certified for use in Ex zone 1 areas to ATEX, IECEx, FM and FMC standards.
Transmitter and receiver are each supplied in a solid 316L stainless steel enclosure.
Both transmitter and receiver are EExd certified with their own integrated EExe coupling part.
Furthermore, the gas detector is SIL 2 approved by TUV and marine approved by DNV.
